※ Lost National Love Card → Can reissue National Love Card wired, Lost National Love Card → Cannot reissue Corporate Love Card wired. In other words, you have to apply for a reissue to the card company you own.

– (Recommended!) App: Access the Kookmin Bank app > Log in > Go to report loss > Card – Settings > Report loss > Apply for loss report > Confirm address and card information (must select reissuance in Issue card) > Apply for 7 days Ships within
– Visit a Kookmin Bank branch: bring your ID card, report loss and apply for reissuance > Takes about a week, receive registered mail or visit

– Customer center phone number: 1588-2588 or 1566-2566 > Select loss/stolen report > Connect to agent and apply for reissuance
-(Recommended!) App: IBK App Access > Menu – Card – Select my > Card Management > Lost Report/Cancellation > Card Selection > Lost Request Completed > Card Again – my – Card Management > Card Inquiry/Reissuance > Request for Reissuance > delivery
– Homepage: Access to the IBK website > Log in with the joint certificate > Enter loss report in the search box > Apply for loss report
※ IBK cannot apply for card reissuance on the website, so apply for reissuance through the app or phone!
– Visit an IBK branch: Report loss and apply for reissuance after bringing your ID card > Takes about 1 week, received by registered mail or in person
Corporate Country Love Card
There is also a way to immediately reissue the Nara Love Card.
– Request to visit the provincial military manpower office inspection center (visit between 09:00 and 15:00)
Or, if you apply at the enlisted unit, you can receive the card faster than if you apply at a bank branch or app.
-Army Training Center: If dispatched to a branch office or applied at the site, you can receive it 3-4 days later during the affiliated school period.
-Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force Command: After the employee receives the application in bulk from the unit, it can be received from the unit by mail
