📍Eligible for support
– Any user of the ‘home heating (individual heating/central heating)’ city gas rate plan can participate.
📍Exclusions
① Moving out • If the city gas company or customer identification number has changed due to moving in, change of name, etc., making it impossible to check the total usage during the savings period and comparison period.
② Users with rate plans for other purposes other than home heating (industrial use, office heating, etc.)
③ Users whose names are different from those of the applicant (member) but who have not submitted the contract information provision consent form
④ If the city gas company or customer identification number is entered incorrectly and usage inquiry is not possible.
⑤ When there is no consumption data for each household during the savings period and comparison period due to switching from central heating to individual heating.
⑥ When it is impossible to check usage during the reduction period and comparison period due to other reasons
📍Cashback payment method
– Cash payment to the applicant’s account when savings are successful
📍Cashback payment criteria
– When savings exceed 3% compared to the same period of the previous year, differential payments are made according to the savings rate. The higher the savings rate, the higher the cashback payment price.

💡Temperature correction coefficient scheduled to be applied for natural decrease due to temperature rise that is not accompanied by reduction efforts.
💡ex) When the winter temperature (December to March) rises by 1°C compared to the average temperature, it naturally decreases by 5%p, so the standard is changed to 8% when the temperature rises by 1°C.

– Savings period: December 2023 ~ March 2024 (for bills issued between January 2024 and April 2024)
– Comparison period: December 2022 ~ March 2023 (for bills issued between January 2023 and April 2023)
