1. What you need
Smartphone (Android 5.0 or higher, iOS 10.0 or higher)
Woori Bank app (latest version)
ID required for identity verification (resident registration card, driver’s license, passport, etc.)
2. Mobile joint certificate issuance stage
2.1 Run Woori Bank app 우리은행 공동인증서 모바일
Launch the Woori Bank app on your smartphone.
2.2 Menu selection 이베이스매뉴얼
Select the “Joint Certificate” menu from the top menu or left menu.
2.3 Select “Issue mobile joint certificate”
Select the “Issue mobile joint certificate” button.
2.4 Agree to Terms of Use
Read the Terms of Use carefully and agree.
2.5 Identity verification procedure
Proceed with the identity verification process.
Using a public certificate: You can easily verify your identity using a public certificate.
Using card/OTP: You can verify your identity by entering your Woori Bank account card password or OTP.
Employee verification: You can visit a nearby Woori Bank branch and verify your identity with the help of an employee.
2.6 Take and submit ID photo
Take a photo of the front and back of your ID card and submit it.
2.7 Financial Supervisory Service Certification
Your identity will be verified through the Financial Supervisory Service’s Electronic Financial Transaction Identity Verification System (KFTC-NICE).
2.8 Mobile joint certificate issuance completed
Once all steps are completed, mobile joint certificate issuance is completed.

3.1 Joint certificate password setting
After completion of issuance, set the joint certificate password within the app.
The joint certificate password must be set to 4 digits.
3.2 Biometric authentication settings (optional)

5. Safe use of mobile joint certificate
Be careful not to disclose your joint certificate password to anyone else.
If your smartphone is lost or stolen, you must immediately contact Woori Bank’s customer service center to restrict the use of the joint certificate.
