How to fix when only one side of the wireless earbuds can be heard

This time, I wasted quite a long time because I couldn’t hear one side of the Penton wireless earphones that I was using well. My older brother asked to borrow it for a day, so after I borrowed it, the right side suddenly stopped working, so I wondered if it was out of order, but after searching through a storm, it wasn’t.

Originally, two should be paired so that they can be heard together, but if it is set to mono mode, which can be used one by one, it is said that only one of the right or left sound will be heard.
So when I heard only one side of the wireless earphone, I found the answer as a result of finding out how to change it so that both sides can hear it! Initializing the earphones and connecting them to the smartphone again solved the problem!
Here, the method of resetting the wireless earphones may vary slightly depending on the brand. I’m trying to write based on the pentone I’m using. If you have a user manual at home, you can solve it by referring to the manual and my post 🙂
How to fix when only one side of the wireless earphone can be heard
1. First, turn off the Bluetooth function of your smartphone.

2. After removing the wireless earphone from the wireless earphone case, touch and hold both sides with your fingers to turn off the power.

3. Press again with your finger for about 10 seconds. After turning on with the sound “The power is turned on”, you need to press it until you hear the sound of “ding tting tti ding” and turn off. When you hear the sound, initialization is complete.

4. Put the wireless earphones in the case.

5. After a while, take the wireless earphones out of the case again.

6. If you activate the Bluetooth function and connect the wireless earphones, you will hear well on both sides. Solved!

I solved it in the above way when only one side of the wireless earphone could be heard. The initialization method may differ from brand to brand, so be sure to check the initialization method of the product.
Please remember that the important thing here is not only to reset the wireless earphones, but also to turn off the Bluetooth function for a while! If it is turned on, the connection will be made in the previously registered mono mode, so even if you initialize it, you will hear sound from only one side as before (I did that!)
