정부지원금※ Hearing aid insurance benefits are supported only for those registered with hearing impairment.
[Change effective June 30, 2021] Benefits can be paid to the seller’s account only if the seller directly claims the appropriate management benefits upon authorization from the beneficiary (or family).
(As before, if the beneficiary claims appropriate management benefits, the benefits cannot be paid to the seller’s account.)
※Additional documents to be submitted if the seller applies directly: Along with the existing documents, submit additional documents such as a power of attorney for claiming payment of auxiliary device benefits, a copy of the person giving the power of attorney’s ID, and a copy of the ID card of the representative of the auxiliary device sales business.
※Even if the seller makes a claim, payment can be made to the beneficiary’s (or family member’s) account if the person delegating wishes.
※However, until July 31, 2021, it will be operated in parallel with the existing method.

[Change effective July 1, 2021] One year after purchasing the hearing aid, a claim can be made immediately after receiving review and appropriate management at least once for each class.
※However, claims can only be made after one year from the date of purchase of the hearing aid and only if late review management is received at least once a year.
※Can be claimed up to 4 times per year
