For those eligible for special rental benefits, the actual rent is considered to be 60% of the standard rent and paid.
(Loan for use) When the beneficiary pays additional consideration other than rent, such as in kind or labor, even if there is no actual rent paid to the lessor.
However, if the address of all beneficiary household members is a medical institution, rental benefits will not be paid.
However, young people living separately, such as those living in separate households due to family breakup prevention and foster care protection, or households recognized as ‘unavoidable cases of living in a rental car’ through deliberation and resolution by the Local Livelihood Security Committee, can apply.
