1One copy of the entire rental agreement with the confirmed date stamped (required)
2Transfer confirmation: Monthly rent transfer details (verification of landlord’s account) for the past 3 months (January to March) as of the application date (required)
3Family relationship certificate (detailed certificate based on the applicant) (required)
4 Copy of resident registration (if necessary): Submitted when ‘young siblings and cohabitants aged between 19 and 39’ are registered at the location of the rental house, when there is a joint tenancy agreement, etc.
