After making a disposal reservation online or by phone and specifying the waste home appliance product, quantity, and desired disposal date, collection will be made free of charge by coordinating a schedule with the collection manager.
The free home appliance collection service collects unused home appliances, such as TVs, refrigerators, and washing machines, directly from your home.
· Single collection items: refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner, TV, solar panel, general electronics, etc.
· Set items: audio set (record player), desktop PC set (main unit + monitor)
· Items discharged in large quantities: humidifiers, video players, scanners, food waste disposers, rice cookers, vacuum cleaners, electric irons, etc. (5 or more in quantity)
If you want to throw away 2 vacuum cleaners, it is impossible to dispose of less than 5, so you can add 3 old, unused cell phones and apply for [2 vacuum cleaners + 3 cell phones] and collect them for free.
· Items that cannot be collected: Products with damaged original shape, large home appliances (built-in, refrigerated, frozen warehouse, etc.), electric massagers (massage chairs), small home appliances cannot be collected if less than 5 items are requested.
· Installed (fixed) products such as air conditioners, wall-mounted TVs, beam projectors, wired and wireless routers, and surveillance cameras can only be collected if they have been removed before using the service. · Solar panels can be submitted through the call center and must have been removed by default. · When collecting items subject to in-person collection, other non-eligible small home appliances can be additionally collected. When requesting collection of printers, copiers, and fax machines, they must be disposed of after securing ink/toner, etc. to prevent them from leaking out.
· Access the waste home appliance discharge reservation system, register as a member, and log in.

· Enter the discharge item, quantity, and desired discharge date and click the OK button.
Call the call center (☎ 1599-0903) and inform them of the items to be discharged, their quantity, and the desired date of discharge.
