1. Customer number
– The customer number is a 9-digit unique number assigned to the customer, and will always be the same unless you are moving.
– If you call your customer number during consultations related to our company, such as billing and payment, we will be able to provide you with faster guidance, so it would be a good idea to write it down separately.
2. Giro number
– The giro number is a unique number assigned to Gyeongnam Energy by the Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings & Clearings Institute, and is the same for all Gyeongnam Energy customers.
3. Notice
– This is a list of things that need to be notified to customers when notifying them in the current month, such as unit price changes and delivery date information.
4. Deposit-only account
– This is the account number that customers can deposit money into when making a bank transfer or internet banking transfer.
– The account number for deposits is different for each customer.

5. Tax invoice
This is an (electronic) tax invoice displayed for business customers’ value-added tax reporting, and the actual electronic tax invoice can be checked at the National Tax Service’s Hometax after the 10th of the following month based on the tax invoice creation date. (However, this applies only to customers who have submitted their business registration certificate to us)
6. Notice of suspension of city gas supply

7. Billing amount and payment deadline

– Payment due date: Last day of every month (home/general use), 20th of every month (business/industrial/transportation)
– If the due date is a public holiday, the next normal business day is the due date.
8. Current monthly fee details
– Monthly rate = usage fee + meter replacement fee (or basic fee) + VAT + late fee – rounded off amount
9. Unpaid amount
– Displays the number of months past the due date and the amount.
10. Usage fee details
– Usage fee = guideline amount x temperature and pressure correction coefficient x weighted average heat x unit price
– Guideline amount = Current month’s guideline – Previous month’s guideline
