The maximum daily support amount is 66,000 won per worker.
1. What are the minutes of labor-management consultation meetings? (If there is no labor union)
It can be replaced with documents negotiated with worker representatives or documents confirming individual worker consultations!
2. What are the employment rules and collective agreements?
It can be replaced with an employment contract that shows individual working hours!
Industries designated as special employment support industries include travel, tourism and lodging, tourism transportation, and performing arts.
If you prove that you fall into the above industry, you only need to submit two documents: labor-management agreement confirmation document and working hours confirmation document.
If changes are needed, you must report them at least one day in advance.
If the subsidy is received through fraudulent means, payment will be restricted and up to 5 times the amount will be collected.
