However, if it is a non-face-to-face opening or it is difficult to submit supporting documents right away, you can open an account by setting it as a limit account that only allows small transactions.

To lift the limit, you can visit a branch or apply through KB Star Banking or Internet Banking. Until now, you had to visit a branch to cancel, but now you can apply for cancellation online. However, only customers who meet the cancellation criteria can apply online non-face-to-face.

There may be cases where you do not need to submit supporting documents when visiting a branch. All you have to do is have the transaction details of your current limit account recognized. The recognition criteria are as follows.
 
For accounts that have met the recognition criteria for the same items for the past three consecutive months, the financial transaction limit account can be released based on transaction history without supporting documents. (Even if you do not need supporting documents, you must visit the branch)

If your financial transaction limit account has transaction details such as deposits or automatic transfers using the above items, you can lift the limit by simply bringing your ID to the branch without supporting documents.
