※ Loss of the People’s Love Card → People’s Love for the Country Card can be reissued by wire. Lost People’s Love the Country Card → Corporate Love the Country Card cannot be reissued by wire. In other words, you must apply for a reissue from the card company you own.

– (Recommended!) App: Access the Kookmin Bank app > Log in > Go to report loss > Card – Settings > Report loss > Apply for report of loss > Check address and card information (you must select reissue in card issuance) and apply > 7 days Delivery within
– Visit Kookmin Bank branch: Bring your ID card, report loss and apply for reissue > Takes about 1 week, receive by registered mail or in person
National Love Card
– Customer Center Phone: Connect 1588-2588 or 1566-2566 > Select report of loss/theft > Connect to a counselor and apply for reissue
– (Recommended!) App: Access the Industrial Bank of Korea app > Menu – Card – Select my > Card management > Report loss/cancel > Select card > Complete loss application > Card again – my – Card management > Card inquiry/reissue > Apply for reissue > delivery
– Homepage: Access the Industrial Bank of Korea website > Log in with joint certificate > Enter loss report in the search box > Apply for loss report
※ Industrial Bank of Korea cannot apply for card reissuance on the website, so apply for reissue through the app or by phone!
– Visit an Industrial Bank of Korea branch: Bring your ID card, report loss and apply for reissue > Takes about 1 week, receive by registered mail or in person
Corporate Country Love Card
There is also a way to immediately reissue the Country Love Card.
– Apply to visit the local military manpower office inspection site (visit between 09:00 and 15:00)
Alternatively, if you apply at a military base, you can receive the card faster than applying at a bank branch or app.
-Army Training Center: If you apply at a branch office or on-site, you can receive it 3-4 days later during the membership period.
-Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force Command: After employees receive the application form from the unit, they can receive it from the unit by mail.
