Dyson has a large price difference with overseas countries, so many people purchase products directly. It is said that repair reception or parts purchase is not regular for direct purchase products.

The device does not seem to be suctioning well.
Suction power may vary depending on the selected power mode. Suction power problems occur when the device is clogged. Turn off the device and remove all tools. Before checking, empty the dustbin first, turn on the power and operate the device.
When the power is on, check the dustbin suction inlet. Lift the device so that the dustbin is facing down. Press the red dustbin button firmly so that the dustbin goes down and the bottom of the dustbin opens.
Check that the cyclone cover hole is not blocked. If there is any foreign matter, remove it. Close the dustbin by pushing it up until it locks in place, and turn on the device and operate it.
The device does not power on.
No light: Contact a service center.
Blue light blinks: Charge the device.
Red light is on or blinks: Contact a service center.
Red and blue lights blink alternately: Contact a service center.
There is a damp or musty smell.
If the dust inside the cyclone comes into contact with moisture, it may feel damp or have an unpleasant smell.
