How do I track Korea Express delivery?
Access the Korea Express website using the link below.

When you enter the homepage, there is a delivery inquiry/reservation window at the top right, as shown in the photo below.
There, you can search by entering the tracking number of your item in the tracking number input box!

How to track Korea Express parcel without tracking number
1. Inquiry by phone (ARS)
When you call the Korea Express courier customer center, a text message with a link will be sent.
You can start ‘Visible ARS’ through this link.

Proceed as shown in the picture below.
If you’re curious about delivery, just select ‘Inquiry about delivery and miscellaneous goods schedule’ or ‘Inquiry about delivery schedule’ and then verify and you’re done!
2. Search on PC (logii logii)
First, please access the Logi I homepage link below.

If you are using it for the first time, you must register as a member.
It’s a hassle, but I signed up because I can’t stand wondering where my package is.
After logging in, click ‘Courier Delivery Inquiry’ in the upper right corner as shown in the picture below.
We will provide you with delivery information based on the information you entered when registering as a member.
If you cannot view it, check whether you entered your personal information correctly.
Additionally, tracking is only possible for items shipped within 7 days from the tracking start date.
If it is later, you must contact the branch distribution center in charge.
3. Search via mobile (Korea Express app)

The method of using the Korea Express app is similar to other apps.
After installing the app, check the instructions and click ‘Personal Customer Login’.
Agree to the terms of use and complete identity verification with your mobile phone number.
After authentication, you can check the delivery information as shown in the photo below.
You can also track parcels other than Korea Express, but in this case you need to know the invoice number.
