If Mobile T-money doesn’t work well on the payment machine, try this!
※ The location of the antenna can be checked in ‘Mobile T-money -> Menu -> Customer Center> My mobile phone location’.
※ Antenna location and sensitivity are different for each mobile phone, so you need to slightly adjust the distance from the terminal when taking pictures.
※ ‘All-in-one’ is a model in which the battery cover is not separated.
If the antenna is located in the upper part
If the antenna is located in the middle
Please check the NFC settings again in the phone settings. However, it must be set as an SE SIM card. (Only for devices with OS Ver 4.4.2 or later)
If there is a metal sticker on the mobile phone case, Mobile T-Money may not be recognized, so please remove it.
Please check whether the NFC-related H/W (hardware) is working normally with the mobile phone manufacturer.
