i-PIN is a personal identification number that can be used online (Internet) and is a personal information service that allows you to verify your identity without using your resident registration number. Additionally, anyone can receive an i-PIN, and it can be issued and used for authentication when there is no authentication method in your name.

1. Online issuance

1. NICE Evaluation Information Access the NICE i-PIN website and select the i-PIN issuance menu.

2. Agree to the Terms of Use and click OK.

3. Select the age of the user who will be issued an i-PIN.
– If you are under 14 years of age, you must verify the identity of your legal representative.
Confirmation of the legal representative relationship is conducted through the resident registration system of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
The legal representative and the child must be members of the same household, and the legal representative must be the head of the household.
If it is difficult to confirm the legal representative relationship online, you can visit the NICE Evaluation Information Customer Center to issue an i-PIN.

4. Select non-face-to-face authentication and proceed with authentication using one of the following: mobile phone, public certificate, or financial certificate.

5. Enter user information such as name, resident registration number, and i-PIN ID and click Issue.

2. Offline issuance
You can obtain one by visiting the NICE Evaluation Information Customer Center with your ID card.
