엔카 홈서비스Prior to the story, I posted this and that question on Kleang Roll Gandang during vehicle purchase, and I sincerely thank the members who answered kindly.
1. Before home service.
get to know the car The conditions I wanted were:
– At least 2 years left on the manufacturer’s warranty
– Amount up to KRW 35 million excluding tax
– Mid- and semi-mid-size sedans
– Fuel is gasoline or hybrid
Candidates: bmw 320i, benz c class, hyundai g70, kia stinger
– Accident-free, car inspected by Enka
I didn’t intend to use home service from the beginning, but when I visited my boss to look for a car, I thought it would be perfect to overcharge.
Once, I saw the car on Encar and went to get a quote, but it was about 1 million won more expensive than the price I saw on Encar. Dealer commission + management fee was additionally added, and an amount that was not notified in advance occurred, so trust in the dealer was lost, so I did not purchase.
So, since then, I have only seen Encar Home Service, K-Car Home Service, and brand certified used cars. Because there is no extra charge.
2. Car search
To buy a car, look at this and that car and find a car you like.
Previous experiences of talking to other dealers + reviews on the Internet usually seemed to be 2-3% negotiating the price of a vehicle on a used car.
I called the dealer and asked for a price adjustment, but was refused, explaining the benefits of home service. He said he would give me about 500,000 won if I come directly without using the home service. I chose home service.
The price was not adjusted, but I liked the car, so I proceeded with home service at the price raised.
3. Car inspection directly from Encar
If you apply for home service, Enka will contact you.
An advisory manager is assigned.
The manager personally inspects the vehicle and sends several photos taken by himself.
I said that the condition of the car I saw was very good, but I found a moon cock and a wound on the wheel that I had not recognized before, and I took a more accurate picture and sent it to you.
Check it out and ask if you want to continue.
Proceed. I think I should have negotiated a price at this time. Looking back now…
4. Payment
I am contacting you to pay.
Check the transfer limit and make an account transfer with trembling hands.
After that, you have to sign up for insurance and send the certificate of insurance to be consigned. It tells me the fax number, but I sent the PDF file by mobile fax.
5. Taking over the vehicle
I received the car at Blue Hands near my house.
The consignment driver will give you the performance test document, check it, and sign it. A quick glance at my appearance.
As soon as you receive the car, check it out and explain the situation to Blue Hands. He bought a used car and received a performance report, but he said he wanted to check it out.
Upon inspection, I heard that the vehicle is in very good condition. However, I was not in a hurry, so I had to ask about this and that, but I just said thank you and came out…
6. Inspection for 7 days
You can ride Encar Home Service for 7 days and make a purchase decision, but when refunding, a usage fee is basically charged from the 4th day. So you have to look closely at the car for 3 days.
– Check the condition of the door, trunk and bonnet silicone.
– Door weather…(I can’t remember..) Remove the rubber and check the welding.
– Check for loose bolts on the bonnet and door hinges
– Check noise while driving, rpm needle movement when starting/shifting
– Check operation of air conditioners, options, etc.
– etc…
7. “This car is mine now.”
If you like the vehicle, you confirm the purchase.
If you press a few buttons on the Enka app, you can confirm your purchase very, very simply.
Thanks for reading.
