You must complete the required training. A total of 240 hours must be completed, including 160 hours of theory classes and 80 hours of practical training.
Social workers, nursing assistants, and physical/occupational therapists only need to complete 50 hours in total, as 160 hours of theory is reduced by a quarter from 42 hours, and practice is reduced by a quarter from 80 hours to 8 hours.
Practice Exemption Criteria
For those who have a nurse license, the way to obtain a nursing caregiver license is to complete only 40 hours, 32 hours of theory and 8 hours of practice.
In addition, among those who have the above qualifications, those who have more than 1 year (1200 hours) of experience in senior care facilities, long-term care institutions, etc. are completely exempted from field training.
In addition, for those who have more than 1 year (1200 hours) of experience as a life support worker, paid home worker, caregiver, etc.
Those who have worked in a nursing facility for more than one year (more than 1200 hours) are exempted from facility practice, and those who have worked in a welfare facility for the elderly for more than one year (more than 1200 hours) are exempt from the entire home practice practice.
Those who have worked for one year or more in each of the two locations are exempted from the entire internship.

Nursing care worker exam registration
How to apply can be done on the website of the National Siwon. There are about 4 tests a year, but this year one was canceled due to corona. One test remains.
The test subjects are 35 questions in the written test in the first period and 45 questions in the practical test in the second period, and each requires a score of 60 or higher. (1st period written 21 questions, 2nd period practical 27 questions must be correct)
