How to use the customer center

First of all, the representative number of Woori Card Customer Center is as above. You can call either of these two places.
When you call the customer center, a message will appear. At first, press number 8 (Stop card loss/voice phishing report) and then select number 1 (Report loss of personal card). If you lose your corporate card, you have to press #2.
Report loss of Woori Card: Call customer center -> No. 8 (lost card) -> No. 1 (personal card)
In the case of reissuance, call the customer center and select 1 (individual) and 8 (reissuance of card, change of password).
