You can easily cancel your Wave subscription by simply looking at the information in the Customer Center on the Wave homepage. In the case of automatic payment cancellation, please note that it must be done by the day before the payment date to be reflected normally.
1. PC: MY → Voucher in use → Pass details → Automatic payment cancellation
2. Android App: MY at the bottom right → Select your profile (name) at the top → My Pass → Automatic payment cancellation
* In the case of Google Play payment, you need to cancel the subscription in Google
Based on Google Play App
Play Store App → Select the account image at the top left → Payment and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Select wavve → Click bottom (cancel subscription)
② Based on wavve App
MY→ Profile Image → My Pass → Unsubscribe → Go to Google Play Page → Cancel Subscription
3. iOS App (Won currency purchase): MY at the bottom right → Select your profile (name) at the top → My Pass → Automatic payment cancellation
4. iOS App (USD purchase)
1) iPhone Preferences-iTunes and App Store-Apple ID tab-View Apple ID-Subscriptions-Select subscriptions-Select unsubscribe (or you can change subscription information in iTunes)
2) Based on iOS 11: Run the App Store app – Select the profile icon on the top right of the Today tab – Select the profile menu – Subscribe – Select the current subscription – Select Unsubscribe
5. Smart TV: Cancel on PC or mobile or contact the customer center
