How do I apply for moving in or moving out?
You can apply without registering as a member at the Cowon Energy Service Call Center, website, or City Gas Stock. You must apply 2-3 days before your desired date.
What are the procedures and fees for moving out?
Before moving, you must submit a move-out application to the city gas company 2-3 days in advance. If you do not apply in advance, it may be difficult to make a reservation at the time you want. A civil service technician will visit you and safely take care of piping closure to prevent gas leaks, and you can settle the gas bill used up to the day of moving on site. (Card, cash, bank transfer available)
Should I cancel my automatic transfer separately when moving?
After payment is completed, automatic transfer is automatically cancelled. If you move without applying for a city gas transfer, the transfer will be automatically transferred to the next user, so you must apply for a transfer before moving out.
What happens to late city gas bills?
When the payment deadline has passed, an additional fee of 2% per month for unpaid gas fees will be charged on the unpaid principal (excluding VAT) up to twice a year on a pro rata basis.
▶Late fee calculation method = monthly unpaid principal × 0.02 × number of days overdue / (365/12)
Late fees will be charged on your bill after 2 months. ex) If the January gas bill is overdue, a late fee will be charged on the March bill.
