Hyundai Motor Company’s service center operates on a reservation-only basis, so when visiting the service center, you must first make a maintenance reservation through the Hyundai Motor Company customer center. Maintenance reservation request details can be viewed after logging in, and large commercial vehicles can be viewed by vehicle type.

If you visit us by making a maintenance reservation, you can receive smooth service. Please make a reservation at least 4 days prior to your visit, and check the customer center operating hours to make a reservation conveniently.

1. Use the nearby Blue Hands

To use Hyundai Motor Company services more conveniently, we recommend visiting the Blue Hands Service Center located nearby. This will save you distance and time.
2. Free repair/recall information

If you need to receive a free repair or recall inspection, you can check the preparation of parts in advance through prior consultation with Blue Hands where you made the reservation. This will make scheduled maintenance run more smoothly.
3. Kona EV, Ioniq EV high-voltage battery replacement recall

Recalls related to this can only be reserved by phone at the Integrated Reservation Center (080-600-6000). Online reservations are not supported as they require delivery of high voltage batteries.
4. Nexo Stack-related recall

In this case, the Hi-Tech Center and Blue Hands dedicated to hydrogen vehicles can take action, so please make a reservation through the Integrated Reservation Center (080-600-6000). This will help you take action on the recall.

You must first make a maintenance reservation through Hyundai Motors Customer Center ARS. Please make a reservation at least 4 days prior to your visit, and check the customer center operating hours to make a reservation conveniently.

Please call Hyundai Motor Company Customer Center. The customer center phone number is 080-600-6000.
2.Reservation through ARS (Automated Response System)

When you receive a call, select the menu to make a maintenance reservation through ARS. Normally, if you press 2, options related to maintenance scheduling will appear.
3. Enter maintenance reservation information

When you select a maintenance reservation through ARS, please enter the necessary information, such as trouble symptoms, desired visit area, and desired visit date and time.
4. Reservation confirmation and visit

Once the maintenance reservation is completed based on the information you entered, you can visit us on the reservation date to receive service.

Precautions and reservation-related information when using the Hyundai Motor Service Center are as follows.

 

1. Website reservation period available

Maintenance reservations through the website are available for two weeks starting two days from the day of the service.
2.Maintenance reservation for Monday

For customers who wish to make a maintenance reservation on Monday, please make a reservation by D-4, including weekends, to ensure smooth parts supply and service response.
