1. Executive and employee members
You can log in by entering your ID (employee number) and password (Autoway password). Retired employees can apply for a refund of their remaining welfare points (basic salary). You can also apply for a refund of the base payment within 5 years from the date of retirement. The inquiry number is Hyundai Livart Call Center 080-003-0000. For retirees after 2022, welfare points can be refunded within 5 years from the date of retirement. The inquiry number is Hyundai Easywell Call Center 02-6900-7409.

 

2. Family members
You can log in by entering your ID and password. New employees and family members who visit for the first time must register as a member > agree to the terms and conditions > confirm the employee’s family > enter the family member’s personal information > complete registration > log in as an employee and process family member approval > log in to Hu Portal.

Family member approval can be processed through Family Information Management in My Hu Portal. New and re-employed employees log in by entering their employee number and Autoway password. The inquiry number for family membership registration is 02-6296-4184.

 

3. If you lose your password or do not use it for a long time
If you have lost your Autoway password or your account is locked due to non-use for more than 3 months, you will not be able to log in to Hu Portal and must log in after resolving the problem. The procedure is as follows: Connect to Autoway > Select the computer usage rights menu > Fill out a lost password report > Payment > Email notification.
