You can use the Hyundai Card Customer Center more conveniently by using talking ARS. Instead of dialing the 1577-6000 number, you can conveniently use it by speaking. Examples of major services include:

– Even if you briefly mention the business you are using, you can be connected to the relevant service or related service.

– Words, sentences, and frequently used service names are also recognized.

– It can be recognized even if you speak during the counselor’s guidance. However, information about the requested service can be provided after the information has been completed.

– During use, you can request “listen again, first, or end” whenever necessary.
