What is the 4 major insurance payment certificate?
The four major insurances are national pension, health insurance, employment insurance, and industrial accident compensation insurance. The certificate of full payment of the 4 insurances is proof that there is no default on the 4 insurances.
If you have not paid the 4 major insurances yet, you must pay the amount in arrears and obtain a certificate of full payment for the 4 major insurances.

1. To obtain a certificate of full payment for the 4 major insurances in a very simple way, access the integrated collection portal for the 4 major insurances below via the Internet.

2. Select Log in as business place and be sure to log in with a public certificate.
3. Click Request Issuance of Certificate of Full Payment.
4. Click Issue Printer in the 4 Insurances tab to issue a certificate of full payment for all 4 insurances.
(You can also select the Health & Pension Insurance and Employment & Industrial Accident Insurance tabs to receive a certificate of full payment, respectively.)
5. When prompted to enter a document open password, enter your business registration number.
When the certificate of full payment of the 4 major insurances is printed, it becomes a document proving that there is no arrears as of the issuance date.
