CU Convenience Store courier service is only available for boxed products. The total size of the packaging box (width, height, height) must be within 160cm, and the length of one side must be within 1m. We accept only items weighing less than 30 kg. In addition, glass bottles, meat, liquid cosmetics, carriers, cash, fishing rods, ID cards, contracts, expensive items (over 1 million won), and electronic products with defective packaging cannot be delivered.

How to cancel delivery
