The job change support service provides professional employment/startup support services to all retired (scheduled) workers who wish to change jobs.

2. Life career design

Life Career Planning Service is a service that supports incumbents and job seekers aged 40 or older to plan their careers and prepare for the second half of their lives in consideration of the longer life expectancy.

3. Financial-specific strategic support service

The free job change support service specialized for retirees (planned) in the financial sector provides professional employment support services to all retirees in the financial sector who wish to change jobs.
