Customers using residential (household) electricity
📍Basic cashback
– If the minimum savings rate of 3% or higher is achieved and the average savings rate of participants in the same region is higher, 30 won per 1kWh of savings is paid
(30% savings rate limit)
📍Differential cashback
– Regardless of the average savings rate of participants in the same region
– If the savings rate is 5% or higher, the limit is 30%
– 30~70 won per 1kWh is paid differentially depending on the savings rate section. 📍Application method
– Registered residents of the application address apply online
– Search for ‘KEPCO Energy Cashback’ on portal sites such as Naver
– Contact KEPCO Customer Center (☏123) and receive a text message with the application path
– Access the mobile app KEPCO:ON
📍Application period
– Cashback is calculated from the month* that includes the application date
(However, applications can be made from 6.7 to 8.31 only for July 2023)
📍Cashback payment method
– Cashback calculated each month is reflected when the next month’s electricity bill is billed
