ACI delivery tracking method and procedure
Accessing the ACI Express homepage
ACI delivery tracking is provided on various portal sites, but the most accurate and reliable information is to check through the ACI official homepage.
Enter the invoice number
Access the ACI homepage, select Delivery Tracking from the top menu → Enter the invoice number in the e-commerce input window and search.
Check delivery information
Enter the invoice number in the e-commerce field and select Search to check detailed information about the invoice number.
When you search the invoice number, you can check detailed information such as the date and time of movement, location, and processing history of the product by route.
Also, products delivered through ACI are delivered through the post office in Korea.
The date and time that can be checked when checking the delivery are not based on domestic standards, but are the local time of each country where the product is located.
ACI delivery tracking delivery period
Let’s learn about ACI delivery period.
ACI international express delivery takes 2-3 days at the fastest and 5-6 days at the slowest to arrive at your address.
However, if there are variables during various procedures such as moving between overseas regions and customs clearance, it may take more than 2 weeks.
ACI delivery tracking Customs clearance and precautions
When items enter or leave overseas, they must pass through customs. Therefore, users do not need to worry about customs clearance because ACI handles it on their behalf.
