|What is KC certification?
To ensure public safety, safety management targets, children’s products, household goods, or electrical appliances are subject to safety management.
To release the product into the market after confirming its safety to ensure that it satisfies the safety requirements.
It is a mandatory safety management system.
It is given after verification that it is made of a material that is harmless to the human body and is safe enough to maintain buoyancy and durability.
If a product has the KC certification mark, it means that it is a product that can be purchased with confidence.
|Is KC certification essential?
KC certification is mandatory, not optional.
Violation of KC certification obligations may result in imprisonment of up to 3 years or a penalty of up to 30 million won.
You may be subject to a fine of up to 10 million won, so you must always be careful.
