3. Go to check insurance claim/compensation progress

4. Click on initial claim

5. Consent to use of personal information
6. Select accident date/reason and search
Check contract details
(Accident date and time can be entered arbitrarily)
7. Enter accident details / Register a deposit account and check account (other accounts available) / Upload required documents (if there are multiple pages, click Add File)
Required documents include ID/bankbook, but can be omitted.
※ Same insurance claim cause (injury/disease)

Additional supporting documents such as medical certificate, outpatient hospital confirmation (with diagnosis name), medical treatment confirmation (with diagnosis name), opinion, and medical chart are required.
※ For obstetrics and gynecology, anal surgery, urology, and dermatology treatment, a prescription with a disease classification number is required.
Additional documents may be requested depending on the details or characteristics of the accident.
