SK Telecom’s dedicated customer service center phone number is 114 without the area code on your mobile phone or 080-011-6000. Please note that not only SK Telecom but also other telecommunications companies will connect you to the customer service center of the relevant mobile phone when you dial 114 on your mobile phone.
Customer service center counselor connection hours are from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays. Outside of these hours, only consultations related to call quality, such as when you cannot connect or make a call, are available.
