You can see gorgeous and fresh seasonal flowers in about 22 outdoor theme gardens each season. In the fall, Gapyeong Achimgogyo Arboretum holds an exhibition of wild chrysanthemums, which are also symbols of fall.
The wild chrysanthemum exhibition, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, is themed ‘It’s fall now that I see wild chrysanthemums in bloom’ and you can see about 40 species of native wild chrysanthemums, including chrysanthemums, chrysanthemums, Ulleung chrysanthemums, and mountain chrysanthemums.

This is the Gapyeong Jaraseom Flower Festa where you can enjoy the rich autumn scent in Gapyeong in the fall. The Gapyeong Jaraseom Flower Festa, which represents Gapyeong, will be held for about a month from September 14 to October 13, allowing you to experience the peak of autumn.
The Gapyeong Jaraseom Flower Festa in the fall will feature a colorful autumn landscape surrounded by zinnias, chrysanthemums, pink muhly, and autumn leaves. In addition, various performances will be held throughout Jaraseom during the festival period.

Jaraseom Jazz Festival

Gapyeong’s representative festival is the Gapyeong Jaraseom Jazz Festival. The 2024 Jaraseom Jazz Festival will be held for a total of 3 days from October 18 to 20. The Jaraseom Jazz Festival, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, offers performances by top-level jazz artists along with a long history.
In addition, there will be high-sensitivity performances by top domestic jazz artists as well as foreign jazz artists.
During the Jaraseom Jazz Festival, a shuttle bus will run from Seoul to Jaraseom, and during the festival, a package that includes accommodation and shuttle bus service at nearby hotels and resorts will also be operated, so please take note and enjoy the fall season in Gapyeong.
Jade Garden Arboretum
