1. Access the Google Play Store site. https://play.google.com/store/
2. After logging in (based on PC), if you look at the top right corner, you will see your profile picture. Click to view account management, recurring payments, payment methods, order history, and more. Go to ‘Order History’ here.
3. When the order history appears, click the ‘Report a problem’ button to the right of the item you want a refund for.
4. When you click Report a problem, you have to select a reason. I will select ‘A friend or family member made a purchase without my consent’.
5. In the description of the problem, simply write the reason for the refund, read the terms and conditions carefully, and then click the ‘Submit’ button.
6. If you click the Submit button, they say that you will receive an email reply within 48 hours. If this is your first refund request, go to the email immediately after clicking the request, in many cases you will receive a refund right away, so please note. (The first time is possible, but after that, Most of the time it doesn’t)
1. If you access your Google email, you can see that the receipt is there every time you make a payment. View the details and click on the receipt for the order you need to refund.
2. If you look all the way down the receipt, you will find the Google play refund policy and terms of service. Click Google play refund policy.
3. If you scroll down, it says Request a refund for your recent purchase history. It says that you can request a refund through Google Play if 48 hours have not passed since the app or in-app purchase.
Click Request Refund to read the policy, then click the Continue button to verify your account and follow the steps.
