We share how to reissue Kookmin Bank’s check card. You can apply for reissuance by phone at the KB Kookmin Card customer center, but if you want to do it yourself, you can do it on the KB Kookmin Card website or KB Kookmin Card application. Check out these two methods below.
Both check and credit cards of Kookmin Bank can be used at ‘KB Kookmin Card’. Therefore, you can check the service of a check card or credit card issued by Kookmin Bank on the KB Kookmin Card app or website. Of course, you can also report loss or reissuance of a card at a Kookmin Bank branch.
The first method is to use the ‘KB Kookmin Card’ application. As the app was updated little by little, the menu changed. The information below is as of August 2022.

After logging in to the KB Kookmin Card app, select [More] from the menu below. After that, scroll all the way down to find ‘Information Management’ and find ‘Owned Card Management’ in the submenu.
When the Owned Card Management screen appears, you must first select the card you want to reissue and apply for reissuance. If you have more than one card, you have to be careful.
After that, consent to the card reissuance destination and proceed with the identity verification process.
When the card application screen appears, select annual income, credit score, and payment date. After that, select the application type, card selection, and additional application card appropriately.
Lastly, enter your ID information, take a photo, receive your card, and enter your shipping address. It’s done.
This is how to reissue a check card on the Kookmin Card website. It is the same as the menu in the app.
Select [My KB > Information Management > Ownership Card Management] menu.
After that, select the card to be reissued on the [My Card Search] screen and click Request Reissuance. In the same way as when applying in the app, select the card applicant information and reissuance card function, authenticate yourself, and select the card delivery method and destination.
