문화누리카드 발급 방법By enabling basic livelihood recipients and the next upper class to enjoy cultural life such as culture/art/travel/sports activities, etc.

Culture Nuri Card applications are for people aged 6 years or older (those born on or before December 31, 2017) and recipients of basic livelihood security and those in the next upper class.
From February 1, 2023 (Wednesday) to November 30, 2023 (Thursday), and will close early if the budget is exhausted.
You can use it from the date of issue until December 31, 2023.
Please make sure to use it in full by the deadline.
110,000 won per person per year is provided to basic livelihood security recipients aged 6 or older or those in the next lowest income class.
We issue a Culture Nuri Card that can be used at affiliated stores related to culture and arts / tourism / sports nationwide.
Those who have been issued a Culture Nuri Card as a condition in 2022 can apply without a separate application.
We will automatically charge 110,000 won, the 2023 support fund, to the Culture Nuri Card.
1. Visit the nearest community center
It has nothing to do with your address, so you can apply at the nearest community center.

If you are 14 years of age or older and have a means of identification, access the Culture Nurijip website
Go to [Card Issuance/Balance Check] – [Card Issuance (New, Reissue, Recharge)] menu.
3. Application via mobile app
If you are 14 years of age or older and have a means of identification, you can apply by accessing the Culture Nuri Card mobile app.

4. ARS phone 1544-3412
If you are over 14 years of age and have a means of identification, you can apply by phone at 1544-3412.
You must have a card with an expiration date of 24 years or later and a mobile phone in your name to apply for a phone call.
Affordable phones are only available for LG U+.
