Providing home visit health care worker service vouchers for maternal postpartum health care and newborn care
※ If both spouses are foreigners, it is limited to cases where the domestic residence status visa type is F-2 (residence), F-5 (permanent residence), or F-6 (marriage immigration).
Application period: From 40 days before the expected date of birth to 30 days from the date of birth
Voucher validity period: Up to 60 days from the date of birth (extension of 80 days for three fetuses)
※ Additional services (jobs that exceed the items and scope of standard services) are not included in the scope of the voucher service, so the user must purchase additional services at their own expense.
※ The validity period of the certificate and confirmation must be within 30 days from the day before the application date.
※ The next-highest level of self-support refers to the “second-highest level of self-support” according to the “Confirmation of Participation in Self-Support Work.” You are participating in self-support as of the date of application, or the “end date of the period of participation in self-support work (year, month, day ~ year, month, day)” is from the day before the application date for maternal and newborn service (voucher). Must be within 6 months
⇒ The leave certificate and official document must indicate the period of leave and whether it is unpaid or paid.
⇒ The leave certificate can be replaced with an official document that confirms the period of leave and whether or not the leave has been taken.
