📍Eligible for support
① Residence requirements: Unemployed young people who are high school or college (graduate) graduates residing in Seoul according to their resident registration.
② Application age: 19 to 34 years old (those born between March 1, 1988 and March 31, 2004)
③ Employment status: Unemployed youth (not enrolled in employment insurance) and short-term workers (if the employment contract is 30 hours or less per week or 3 months or less) can apply.
④ Income requirements: Median income* 150% or less as of February 2023
💡Short-term workers are eligible for support (30 hours a week or employment contract of 3 months or less)
💡University (graduate) students and students on leave of absence cannot apply
📍Support benefits
– (Financial support) 500,000 won per month × up to 6 months
– (Non-financial support) Customized support for each type of youth
– Support in connection with Seoul City policy projects to help with career preparation
📍How to use
– Check card use principles, can be used freely within the scope consistent with business purposes
· A card that cannot be used overseas and has limited use in industries (approximately 50 industries including hotels, bars, and jewelry sales)

📍Documents to be submitted
① (Required) 1 copy of graduation certificate or certificate of highest level of education
② (Optional) 1 copy of employment contract *Submit only for short-term workers
💡Prospective graduates must submit a transcript as a replacement document to prove completion of graduation credits.
