소상공인 재도전 특별자금A low-interest loan product targeting small business owners who are re-starting businesses and faithfully implementing debt restructuring has been launched.
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Small Business Market Promotion Corporation announced on the 16th that starting from the 17th, they will be accepting applications for ‘restart special funds’ from small business owners who re-start their business and those who faithfully implement debt restructuring.
The special re-challenge fund is a loan product that provides support for 5 years up to 70 million won at a fixed interest rate of 3.0% per year.
It was designed to support the business stability and take-off of small business owners who are struggling to revive because the threshold for private bank loans is higher than that of general small business owners, and small business owners who are faithfully repaying their debt after debt adjustment.
Re-started small business owners are small business owners who have completed the restart training of the Hope Return Package project, which helps small business owners re-start within the past year, and small business owners with less than 3 years of restart business experience.
Small business owners who faithfully implement debt adjustment are small business owners who have faithfully repaid their debts and have been recognized by the Debt Resolution Comprehensive Rehabilitation Support Package agreement agency. Those who have made six or more payments without missing a payment after debt adjustment and have completed the rehabilitation training for faithful borrowers of the Hope Return Package project within the past year It applies.
However, in the case of debt adjustment small business owners, they can apply after the contracting agency confirms that they are small business owners with good faith repayment, and the specific schedule will be announced separately through the Small Business Policy Fund website (ols.sbiz.or.kr).
