This is a project that provides labor cost support to companies that hire seniors over 60 years of age as interns. By providing seniors with work opportunities, it strengthens job skills and promotes re-employment opportunities, while also promoting positive awareness of the elderly.

Up to 2.4 million won in corporate support per person for 6 months (within 50% of pre-tax monthly salary, up to 400,000 won)
We provide information on the amount of corporate support by type for participating companies.
Among the four major insurance companies that comply with worker protection regulations, companies and non-profit private organizations that provide employment opportunities to participants

Based on the starting date of work in 20223, born in 1963 or later (after the date of birth on resident registration)
