Report loss of our card
Icon > Manage My Card > Report Loss/Reissue >
Loss report/cancellation
Once you have found the MY screen by clicking the icon, scroll down to the Manage My Card screen. Select Report Loss/Reissue as shown on the screen.
If the card is lost or stolen from outside, you can report the loss and, if it is found, you can check the release tab to use it again. .
Suspension of Woori Card
Manage My Card > Report Loss/Cancel > Pause/Cancel
You can also check the pause function that allows you to stop.
The concept of reporting loss and suspension is basically the same as the concept of blocking the card from being paid, but if it is a case where you are at home but cannot find it for a while, rather than a case of theft or loss outside, it is better to temporarily stop the card rather than a complicated loss or theft.
