How to use the lost and found office
1. How to report lost items (lost items)
: Report and register lost items by calling the lost and found management office contact number provided earlier.
2. How to receive lost items (lost items)
① When receiving the product in person
: The basic policy for picking up items at the Lost and Found Office is for the person who lost the item to visit in person to collect it.
※ When picking up the item, you must bring your ID and know the lost item registration number.
② How to receive lost items other than your own
Select one of the courier power of attorney, proxy pick-up power of attorney, and quick service power of attorney, fill it out, and then fax or email it to the Lost and Found Office. After sending the power of attorney, be sure to call to confirm that the power of attorney has been properly delivered.
