As the economic situation is not good these days, an increasing number of middle-aged people are hoping to find a job again after retirement.
However, when I am about to start a social life, it is not easy to find a new job on a whim due to the vacancy and lack of confidence accumulated during the career break. In addition, job search sites and headhunter companies are experiencing more difficulties because there is not much demand for middle-aged recruits.
In order to solve these problems, the government has implemented the Senior Employment Subsidy system to help companies improve their quality of life after retirement by reducing the labor cost burden and providing job training and education opportunities to workers.
Now, let’s take a closer look at the middle-aged job project and support funds.
