Types of emergency dispatch services
Carrot Auto Insurance provides a variety of services for the convenience of customers. Among these, the emergency roadside service is a service that allows you to quickly receive help when a breakdown occurs while driving the vehicle. The types of emergency dispatch services are as follows.

 

Battery Charging Service: Available when the battery is discharged or requires temporary charging. However, if the battery needs to be replaced, additional costs will apply. Electric vehicles are excluded from this service.
Emergency towing service: If driving is impossible due to an accident or breakdown, the vehicle will be towed to the nearest repair shop within 30 km. This service is limited to once per day and additional charges apply for distances exceeding 30km. In particular, customers who sign up for a special contract to extend the towing distance can tow up to 50 km.
Tire puncture repair and replacement service: If driving is impossible due to a tire puncture, we will repair only one area. Additional costs will apply if more than one part is used, and if the tire is damaged and cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a spare tire.
Lock release service: If the key is lost or the car door is locked, we unlock the car. However, this service is not provided for vehicles with special locks or vehicles equipped with side airbags, as the locks cannot be released using normal methods.
Emergency refueling service: If the vehicle runs out of fuel and cannot be driven, refuel up to 3 liters. This service is provided for regular gasoline and diesel; additional charges apply for volumes exceeding 3 liters. However, LPG vehicles and electric vehicles are excluded from this service.
Emergency rescue service: Emergency rescue is provided if the vehicle deviates from the road or is unable to drive on its own due to obstacles. However, additional costs will be incurred if separate rescue equipment is required, and additional costs will also be incurred if the rescue time exceeds 30 minutes.
Battery emergency charging support service: If a vehicle subscribed to the electric vehicle emergency dispatch service is unable to drive on its own due to battery discharge or the driving distance is less than 10 km, the vehicle will be towed to the charger installation location. This service is limited to towing distances of up to 50km, any towing distance exceeding 50km will incur additional costs. However, it cannot be used if there are restrictions on service provision due to structurally modified vehicles or cargo.
